Christopher Nolan is a freakin Genius!

Just caught Inception with my roommate and i gotta say, the writer, Christopher Nolan must have a fkin beautiful mind! Wow! Who could think bout such a completely mind-blowing thing. I’m not gonna spoil it for those who haven’t watch the show yet but i’m gonna say, it’s gonna be 10X better than Shutter Island and you’ll also gonna have to concentrate and think 10X harder . Leonardo DiCaprio better win an Oscar for this, he is one hell of a mind-fking actor. Seriously with hit movies like the classic ..Titanic, another classic.. The Man with the iron mask (my fav!), the Departed, the Beach and now this! Move over Brad Pitt, Leo is like the real king of Hollywood!

AND Joseph Gordon-Levitt is SOOOOO HAWT in the show! my crush level for him went up from  60% to 150%! Will do a boy crush post on him soon Goodness.. he is so sleek and cool in the movie AND he has a very uncanny resemblance to the late Health Ledger. Its so cool that they actually did work with each other in the movie “10 Things i Hate about you” LOVE that show!!!

Saw some interesting trailers for some movies too. The damn cinema played 20 mins worth of ads and trailers b4 the movie started! SO pissy offf!

I’ve always been a big fan of comedy shows be it ROM-COM or Action-Com as long as its funny!

Wowoweee! all the big stars in these movies u’ve got…. Marky mark,Will Ferrell, the Rock and Samuel L. Jackson in The Other Guys.

and u’ve got Paul Rudd and Steve Carrell (great comedic pairing!) plus a cameo by’The Hangover’ funny guy Zach Galifianakis and the funny Little Britain guy in Dinner for Schmucks !

I can’t wait to watch drew barrymore’s new movie, Going the Distance! It’s with her current on-again beau Justin Long. Saw the trailer at the movies today and it looks pretty funny, a Rom-Com to look forward to I’ve always had a massive girl crush on Drew, <3 her movies! She’s always so cute and charming! I’m gonna watch lotsa of movies here cuz there’s a cinema just 10mins walk away from my place and its $5.50 for students (HOW AWeSoem is that!?! )

Part II

Managed pulling off as a 21 yr old on my first day in Genting Casino but failed on my last day so i spent the whole day watching 80s movies like The Wedding Singer which was set in the 80s anndd….

One show i recommend all retro teen flick buffs to watch is

Pretty in Pink  

A total chick flick. Remember the blazer trend? Molly Ringwald was their inspiration. 

Funny thing about the movie is Jon Cryer and James Spader’s characters are very similar to the characters they play today.

Jon Cryer played Duckie, a goofy good-hearted geek who was madly in love with Andie (Molly) but Andie only sees him as a friend. And now he plays the goofy uptight geeky brother of Charlie Sheen in 2 and a half men. [ 1 of my fav shows]

And James Spader played Steff in Pretty in Pink, a total Mr Cool 2 cool for school guy who is a complete jerk who psychoed the leading man Blane out off dating Andie just becuz he couldn’t get her himself. Now he plays a really cool lawyer who is less of a jerk but still sorta a jerk in Boston Legal. Absolutely <3 the chemistry between him and William Shatner.

 Damn I gotta watch more of BL to get some fashion inspiration from them haha cuz i’ll be interning at a law firm this december. i hate corporate wear!
